Coach, Nydia Marrero

Nydia is the principal broker and founder of Zen Living Realty, located in Maitland, FL. She is a dedicated mentor and coach in her business and now shares her talents and wisdom to serve the coaching clients of Leverage 365. She believes the coaching experience should provide clients with positivity, empowerment, guidance, and education. Nydia brings her 18 years of experience to Leverage 365 to coach you to success!

She is a broker with excellent and sought-after- leadership skills in Central Florida and has thrived in the fast-paced market's demands since entering real estate in 2005. Nydia was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and relocated to Orlando in 2003. She lives in Winter Park with her husband and 7-year-old son Mateo, whom she describes as the love of her life. Nydia loves doing yoga and meditation and is very passionate about wellness. Community is vital to her, and she often serves in different events as a volunteer and is part of the board of directors for HANDS of Central Florida, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing free home counseling and first-time homebuyer educational programs and seminars.
