Leverage 365 has been one of THE greatest things I’ve ever done to improve my business. For 5+ years in business, I was considered successful by all metrics. However, I KNEW I wasn’t doing enough to keep in touch with my main sphere of friends, family, past customers, etc. I knew what I SHOULD be doing. I knew that if I ONLY did this, that, and the third, then I’d be able to stay in contact. Problem was… it was ALWAYS on the back burner. Between prospecting for new customers, following up on hot leads, handling listing appointments, conducting showings, going to inspections and appraisals, trying to keep up on trainings, and handling all the details of current transactions and the “fires” I have to sometimes put out…. There was NEVER time to go and reach back out to the people I love and care about/ past customers etc to just stay in touch and be “top of mind.” It was the catch 22 of business. I, of course, had a CRM (have had many over the years), but CRMs are almost exclusively focused on NEW business OR on business related content. 

Leverage 365 is DIFFERENT. They create CUSTOMIZED content based off of interviews with you, to reach the people that already know, like, and trust you with content that is about YOU. They add a very subtle RE related message to each piece- leaving your sphere satisfied with content that isn’t “same old same old” and leaving you the peace of mind that your tribe is being contacted with content you LOVE. Adding Leverage 365 to my business (have used them for 2 years) added about 10-15% to my profits. Which, at the LOW cost of Leverage 365, means I got about 6-8x ROI for my $. I constantly have customers messaging or calling me about my content that is sent to them across multiple mediums. Cannot say enough- if you aren’t following up how you KNOW you should? Do this.
